  1. Movement is the carrier of erotic energy in the body
  2. Orgasmic Yoga does not always have to feel orgasmic – in fact more often than not (especially in the beginning) it can bring a lot to the surface
  3. There are no good or bad emotions, just suppressed and expressed (the suppression makes them feel and act toxic inside of us)
