Most of our modern day issues have their root in the way pleasure is wired to flow – or not flow – through our systems. Pornography and non-existing sex education have left us stuck in pleasure patterns that lead to the quick fix.

But how we treat our sexuality is how we treat everything. It might sound far-fetched, but let’s face it, we all come from sex, there is no exception. When sexuality is full of shame, guilt and unworthiness, that is how we approach the world and other beings too. Sadly, our sexuality is one of the most suppressed topics of modern times.
