HARDWIRING HAPPINESS BY DR. RICK HANSON Please watch this video to understand the mechanisms of the negativity bias in our brain. This information is vital in order for us to assign more meaning to what we are doing – anytime in life really, but especially when we want to change habits and rewire old stories. When we understand how our brain works and learns, it is much easier for us to consciously use the mechanisms to our advantage.
HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE READY FOR THE 21 DAYS SELF PLEASURE EXPERIMENT:

  • Erotic journal (very important as the reflections are half of the practice and really valuable)
  • Towel
  • Unscented massage oil and/or lube
  • Yoga mat (optional)
  • Blindfold or light scarf
  • Toys (absolutely optional! If you have a Yoni egg, crystal wand, dildo, vibrator or anything that intrigues you, have them ready)

HERE IS HOW YOU CAN PREPARE YOURSELF MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY, EMOTIONALLY AND SPIRITUALLY

  • Make sure you have some time set aside each week, so you can study the material and learn through your own practice. The more you put in, the more you get out. The scope is up to you.
  • Clean out your space (make your room nice and fresh, maybe move things around, when we clean the outside – we also impact the inside)
  • See if you already have fears or guilt coming up and write your thoughts down in your erotic journal

DEEPENING

Let’s breathe and move. We are getting more vigorous in the erotic dance with ourselves. After the first week of practice  and studying we will feel more familiar with it all and can allow the body to let loose.

EMBODYING

Let’s breathe, move and sound. Allowing the 3 dimensions of Orgasmic Yoga to take you to ecstatic states. This week is all about embodying the practice and integrating a new habit.
