  • Erotic journal – very important as the reflections are half of the practice and really valuable.
  • Towel
  • Unscented massage oil and/or lube
  • Yoga mat – optional
  • Blindfold or light scarf
  • Toys – optional. If you have a Yoni egg, crystal wand, butt plug, flogger, dildo, vibrator or anything that intrigues you, have them ready.

HERE IS HOW YOU CAN PREPARE YOURSELF MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY, EMOTIONALLY AND SPIRITUALLY

  • Make sure you set pleasure time aside each week and plan ahead, so you can study the material and learn through your own practice. E.g. schedule sessions in your calender. The more you put in, the more you get out. The scope is up to you.
  • Clean out your space – make your room nice and fresh, maybe move things around, when we clean the outside we also impact the inside.
  • See if you already have fears or guilt coming up and write your thoughts down in your erotic journal.
